Did you know that the FZW Band Boosters maintain a Hardship Fund to help families who need a little extra financial support with marching band dues?
Marching band is an incredible experience—but it’s also an expensive one. Student dues help cover uniforms, transportation, meals, hotels, competition fees, props, music rights, and all the many pieces that go into putting the Silver Jaguar Marching Band on the field.
Sometimes, a family simply needs a little help making those costs manageable. That’s where our Hardship Fund comes in.

Fundraisers that help reduce the annual fees of your student. RaiseRight, for example, is a service that allows you to earn funds when you shop. Rebates are applied to dues and trip fees.

Currently, we are selling cozy Fort Zumwalt West blankets at all FZW Varsity Football home games!
One of our biggest fundraisers every year is a game night, and proceeds are applied to our general fund. Early in the Spring Semester, we'll be hosting a Music Bingo night! Keep a look out for more information later this season.

Fort Zumwalt West Band is always in need of perishable and non-perishable items. Please consider supporting our bands with one or more of these items. You can drop these off with our volunteer parents during any Wednesday night band practice or bring them the day of competition.
Some items we can use include:
Packs of bottled waters (10-20 oz size)
Packs of sports drinks with electrolytes
Individually packaged snacks (allergen free, please)
Sports drink powder
Disposable cups
